Sharing With Contractors
By submitting a form, you understand and agree that we will share your contact information and service details with one or more licensed restoration contractors in our network. The contractor will then contact you directly. We are not responsible for the practices of any contractor once they receive your information; their handling of your data is governed by their own privacy practices.
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or list resellers, and we do not use your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA)
By submitting a form on this Site and checking the consent box, you give your prior express written consent for Sarasota Flood Restoration and the restoration contractor we match you with to contact you at the phone number you provide, by phone, SMS text message, or email — including by automated dialing system or pre-recorded voice message — for the purpose of responding to your service request and arranging restoration services.
